Service Description
This is the first appointment in which we will discuss your goals, your health (past and present), and we will assess your current state of imbalance. Recommendations will be given for diet and lifestyle adjustments to support health goals. Treatments usually include modifications to diet and lifestyle and herbal support may also be suggested. These are typically implemented for 3-4 weeks, after which a follow-up appointment is recommended.
